Professional Background
Lauren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania with over 10 years of experience across private practice, community mental health, and inpatient and outpatient settings.
Her training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based and solution-focused approaches, attachment-based work, and motivational interviewing.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University, where she was recognized as a Schreyer Honors Scholar, and dual Master’s degrees in Social Work and Business Administration from Marywood University.
Lauren’s combined clinical and business training allows her to build a practice that is efficient, accessible, and intentionally structured to support long-term change.
